GUARANTEE: Seller includes two year genetic health guarantee on said puppy. Seller guarantees said puppy will be current on vaccinations and de-worming schedule before leaving. Seller also guarantees it is important that you provide this information with your vet. Guarantee does not include internal external parasites. Seller does not guarantee ear set or eye color. Seller is not responsible for any stress related illness during transportation and/or shipping.
Puppy is handled and loved on daily to ensure proper socialization skills. Seller does not guarantee temperament. It is Buyer(s) responsibility to continue socializing puppy on a regular basis to ensure puppy grows into an accepting adult dog. Aussies can become bored and/or assertive if not properly socialized, or if not given proper attention and exercise. Do not over exert your puppy with too strenuous exercise to avoid accidents or permanent injuries as he/she is still young and growing.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Buyer(s) agree that if there is a deposit placed on said puppy , the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE for ANY reason. If the Buyer(s) decide they want to put the deposit on a different puppy it is up to seller to agree. If Buyer(s) are placing a deposit for a future litter and want a certain color/sex and none are available, seller agrees to roll deposit over to the next available litter. NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is $300.00. First set of vaccinations and de-worming is at Sellers expense; any additional vaccinations and de-worming is at Buyer(s) expense. Puppy must be paid in full by time of pick up or delivery. No Exceptions. Shipping can be arranged at Buyer(s) expense and must be paid in full and cleared before puppy is shipped.
REGISTRATION PAPERS: Registration paperwork will be given to Buyer(s) at the time of delivery or pick up. Puppy will be limited registration unless otherwise agreed upon by Buyer(s) and Seller.
